Cathy has been an integral part of the ReActive Physiotherapy team almost since its inception, bringing her extensive background in office administration to support the clinic’s operations. As the administration lead and medical billing specialist, Cathy oversees daily front office functions and specializes in handling Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) cases, ensuring a smooth process for our patients.
Cathy is always happy to assist with questions, help navigate insurance claims, or schedule appointments with any of our therapists. Her friendly and professional approach makes her an invaluable resource for both patients and staff.
Outside of work, Cathy enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren.
